Roger Hans Benedetti (AKA Roger Ranko) was born in Switzerland, but his origins are half Spanish and half Italian.
Eclectic and versatile artist, over 20 years he has experimented with different disciplines (painting, sculpture, photography, interior design, scenography, light design, video and commercials) and expressive channels to communicate his vision of the world.
A free and cosmopolitan spirit, he start is creatives experiences in the spring of 2000, collaborating with prestigious architecture, design and urban design companies and signing photographic services for important F&B, interior design, travel and lifestyle magazines.
In the field of urban design, Roger Ranko has collaborate in the creation of artistic installations on large spaces, giving rise to unusual projects of aesthetic and functional redevelopment of urban space in the cities of Milan, Rome and Berlin (i.e. Diesel Wall, Absolute Wallpaper, vertical garden).
His sculptures are inspired by the collection of unused materials, from which he creates works that are exhibited in the context of collective and personal exhibitions.
In the same way, the creations of furniture and furnishing accessories are the result of the intuition that characterizes the artist, capable of transforming the “old” into living objects, which respond to the most current needs and trends.
